The world of the Matrix steps into the bold light of day sometimes. This is indeed one of those moments.
I can’t image what regular everyday folk are going through with this virus. It must be very traumatic.
As spiritual teachers of accurate ascension mastery techniques, in our weekly practices we strive continually to attune and hold our spiritual center at a higher vibration, and even we feel the energies now as being very challenging.
If you have been thunderstruck by the energetic overload, it’s not your imagination or you losing it. It is real.
The energy component occurring presently is a quantum transference rooted in frequency.
It requires an evolving response as a being of light in a physical body to actually raise one’s own frequency. Evolution is causing us to feel everything. If we remain in those old forms of energy, it will flood and overwhelm us.
So now we as humans must learn that the current situation is being fueled by fear which has a condition of making us more ‘unevolved’.
We use energetic tools and higher spiritual practices to clear such things from our psyche and light body, which in turn enables our mental and emotional energies to stand strong when faced with such drastic challenges. But most of humanity is not into the kind of “strange stuff” we do, so unfortunately they might be a bit adrift right now.
As I wrote previously about the 4th dimension… this is what happens. You need to work on your fear first, can’t be avoided.
My advice is look around for real teachings and techniques to actually raise your consciousness. (Not just have you thinking you are doing it). Doing so is not all roses and puppy dog tails… there are real moments of facing the darkness within so you can find the love that you are.
I suggest learning how to start doing aura cleansing and proper spiritual protection immediately. It is a practice that in my view is going to become essential in our collective future. As someone who got lost in many new age practices and followed sources that meant well but had no real frequencies of higher light themselves (which was just what many of us were doing in the late 1980’s, 90’s and last decade), make sure the tools you use are within the Unified Whole.
We put forth the best I know of anywhere. It sounds like boasting but I honestly spent 20 years embedded in the new age woo-woo quite deeply. I saw and read it all, including everything you are reading or seeing that is out there today.
But then, (finally!) spirit guided me to really ‘awake’.
Twenty years might seem extreme but it was a necessary path because I never could have appreciated what it would mean to really make my spiritual self the priority of my physical life. It goes far beyond what many understand by ‘being spiritual’.

I don’t even know if ‘meditations’ is the right word as they are the regular teachings from the Academy and the public events, but they all have a profound meditative effect.
While the healing meditation is the most powerful (with background music) these energies specifically help to exactly overcome the fear issues happening right now.
If you are new to hearing them, I know there is a good amount of ‘woo-woo’ in accepting what is given but there is no denying the power of it.
By the way, please don’t fall for using those that have HZ “higher” frequencies (like 528hz etc), nor the ones that use ROBOTIC voices. Those both are totally infiltrated with non-christed higher light energies (remember that the wonders of science are exactly what brought down Atlantis).
